What time do you Open ?
We open at 9h30 am , one our before the first Tour starts. We then close at 16h30.
We are CLOSED on Mondays out of Season.
Where are you situated ?
Crocodile Creek is on the North Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. We based between Ballito and Tongaat on the R102
How far are you from Durban ?
We are 45 klms from Durban , about a 50 min drive.
How far are you from Balitto ?
We are 16 klms from Durban , about a 20 min drive

How long does the Tour take ?
Our fully guided , ‘Hands-On Tour’ , can take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. The more fun you having the longer it takes.
Do you have a restaurant ?
We do have a Tearoom where you can order delicious Crocodile Burgers, normal beef burgers and an arrangement on toasted sandwiches. Check out the Crocodile Creek Menu. To quench you thirst we have cool drinks , juices, milkshakes, tea and coffee’s
Is it wheelchair friendly ?
Yes , all the exhibits are accessible by wheelchair.
Do we need to book for a Tour ?
No. There is no to book for family and friends tours, however if you have large groups over 40 or school tours then bookings are essential.
What else do you have at Crocodile Creek?
Apart from Nile Crocodiles , we have alligators, west African slender snouted , the amazing Hannibal , Snakes , rabbits ,tortoise, terrapins ,an abundances of bird life ,a coffee chop and a kids play area
Can we have Birthday Parties at Crocodile Creek?
Yes , we often do birthday parties. we do special tour for the kids and you have exclusive use of our kids zone.

How big can a crocodile grow ?
Crocodile can grow very large . Some crocodiles can grow to nearly 6 meters and weigh over 800 kilograms. Our Hannibal is about 5 meters and weighs over 650 kilograms.
